Spa Etiquette
The Spa environment is designed for ultimate relaxation. Please respect other guests rights to privacy and serenity by refraining from using technology devices and consider your volume.
Spa Arrival
Please arrive at agreed booking time to complete the consultation process and select your treatment if needed. This will ensure you can enjoy the facilities and fully relax enabling your treatment to start on time. Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time with treatments still being charged at full price.
Age Requirements
All Spa users must be aged 16 and over, all young people under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
What to bring
Swimming costumes must be worn in the spa. For your comfort we provide robes and slippers, so all you need is a towel. Paper underwear will be provided for all treatments if needed.
Health Conditions
Prior to using any of the facilities we will conduct a consultation, a health questionnaire and provide you with a spa tour if needed. Please make us aware of any health or medical conditions that may prevent or restrict you from having specific treatments or using some of the facilities. Please consult your GP before arriving with us if you are pregnant or suffering from an illness as some treatments require you to have a doctor note before we can carry out the treatment. In cases where there is a health concern and no doctors note we may refuse to carry out the treatment.
Pregnancy
We offer treatments specially designed for pregnant or nursing mothers. However some of our treatments are not suitable for you during this special times, so please allow the spa team to guide you in selecting the perfect treatment for you. Please note we do not offer any spa treatments during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
