A non-refundable deposit of 50% is taken when booking ALL spa packages. This deposit can be transferred to another appointment if 48hours or more notice of cancellation is given.

Group bookings of six or more will require one weeks’ notice.
‘No show’ and on the day cancellations will be charged 100% of the package cost

Treatment cancellation - All treatment bookings require a 50% booking fee to secure your chosen treatment. These bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 48 hours prior to your visit with no extra charge. If you fail to adhere to the cancellation policy you will be charged for the remaining balance of your booking. By booking through our APP you tick to give phorest permission to debit your card with the full treatment cost, please note we hold no card detais neither do we have access to them. If booked over the phone/in salon this will be required to be paid before you can book another service.
